German Courses with a Visa – Conditions for your Application
If you need German courses for your visa in Germany, then you are at the right place with Sprachschule Aktiv Köln. You can complete an intensive German course (4 weeks, from Monday – Friday, 24 hours per week with additional communication training on Saturday) with us to obtain your visa for entry to Germany. Make sure to inform yourself from an appropriate authority, how long your German courses need to be for you to receive your visa. We recommend a minimum of 6 months in order to justify the seriousness of wanting to learn the German language. The longer you register for, the higher you chance are of getting your visa.

We are happy to help with your visa application, assist in filling out forms, and give you plenty of tips to help you. You will receive an invoice form us immediately after booking. As soon as 50% of the course fee has been paid, we will send you the course confirmation and the visa application ourselves. You can then present these two documents directly to the appropriate authorities. Cologne – Get to know Germany as you learn the language!
Sprachschule Aktiv Köln offers intensive German courses with a visa with a wonderful location, right in the city center near the popular Neumarkt. For one module (for example: A1.1) you will need 4 weeks. To complete an entire level (for example: A1.1 + A1.2 for A1), you will need 8 weeks. The individual levels are divided into A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. You can find all the important information here:
Morning course: Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Saturday: Communicationg Training 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (when the minimum number of participants is met)

What do I need for my language visa?
- Valid personal ID
- Health insurance
- Two application forms for the visa
- Two current passport photos
- Proof that you are participating in a German course
- Proof that you have at least an intermediate level of education
- Proof that you paid for the visa
- Proof that you have paid for the course
If you still do not receive your visa, you will receive your money back after presenting the rejection letter. In this instance, we still must charge a processing fee of €250.00.
