Right of cancellation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us, Sprachschule Aktiv, owner: Herr Roland Andreas Wimmer, Neumarkt 1c, 50667 Köln, Tel.:0221 98045340 , E-mail: info@sprachschule-aktiv-koeln.de by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract.
You can use the attached model cancellation form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Telc exam cancelation:

The registration and enrolment for a telc exam is binding and the legal obligation to pay is still valid, even if the participant does not take part in the exam. If the participant is sick on the exam day, there is the possibility of a cancelation with a medical certificate. In that case a cancelation fee in the amount of 80.00 € is due at once.

Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment.
In case the course has already started within the 14 days cancelation time limit, a withdrawal or cancelation is no longer possible and the total amount of the course is due.
