We offer intensive German courses for all levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2. If you want to learn German quickly and effectively in small groups, our intensive German courses are the right choice for you. After a placement test that is taken at the beginning of each course, we will find the ideal course for you so that you can reach your goal as quickly as possible. No matter if it’s short or long term – with us you can participate at any time. We offer every level every month, so we’re sure to find the right course for you. Each level is divided into sub-levels so that we can offer you even more efficiency, productivity, and precise learning. Exam preparation for telc, TestDaf and DSH are also a part of our courses, so that you can prepare for your exam.
Intensive course for German – when and how much?
Duration: The duration of your course is flexible. You decide how long you attend the course. For one level you normally need two months: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2
Dates: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Prices:
- 1 week: 199 €
- 2 weeks: 349 €
- 3 weeks: 449 €
- 4 weeks (per month): 499 €
- If you book 2 months or more, you pay 449 € per month
You can also book your intensive German course on a weekly basis if that better suits your needs.

What is the quality and effectiveness of our German intensive courses?
Our German teachers teach using modern teaching methods. You will learn standard German and study practical expressions for everyday language. Mini-excursions focusing on the regional dialect will also make it easier for you to communicate with locals. Furthermore, we have structured our German courses according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Because of this, we are able to guide you quicky and efficiently to your goal. Last but not least, we can also integrate exercises from telc exams or other tests into the lessons, if requested. This gives you the chance to assess your learning progress and receive a small exam preparation at the same time.
Learn German in an intensive course – What we offer:
Our German intensive courses in Cologne take place on weekday mornings. During 4 teaching units of 45 minutes each, your German teacher explains different grammar structures and guides you with the help of different exercises to correctly apply what you have just learned. In addition, your German teacher motivates you to interact with the other participants so that everyone can gradually increase their speaking skills.

During this time, you can get to know the lesson structure, the teaching material, and your German teacher. If you are dissatisfied with the lesson, you can cancel the course at no extra cost to you.
Information at a glance
- When can you start? If you have previous knowledge of German: every Monday. If you are a beginner, you can start every first Monday of the month.
- Will you receive proof of your participation? Yes, you will receive a language certificate at the end of each level.
- What free extras are there? Placement tests, detailed advice, and a trial lesson.
- What if I don’t like the course? Luckily, you benefit from our trial lesson. If you do not like your German course on the first day of class, we will reimburse you in full for any course fees that have already been paid.
